Wall Fixing for 10mm (3/8″) Dia. Rods
The WM11-10 wall rod fixing is designed for typical wall-to-wall suspended applications and display installations. It is compatible with our standard right-hand M6 threaded 10mm diameter rods in lengths of 1.5m (4′ 11-1/16″), 1.0m (3′ 3-3/8”), and 0.5m (1′ 7-11/16”). Use the decorative end caps to finish the ends of threaded rods. For custom length rods, use a grinding wheel to cut them to the needed size and finish the ends.
The WM11-10 wall fixings are crafted from robust solid brass alloy to provide exceptional weight support and stability. For wall-mounted applications, we recommend adhering to a safety working load limit of 60 kg (132lbs) per fixing point to ensure optimal security and longevity. The 10mm (3/8″) diameter rods can be used with various standard, multi-position, or specialty supports for holding graphic panels, picture frames, acrylic holders, literature displays, acrylic shelves, decorative panels and screens, graphic holders, horizontal rods for fabrics, and various other presentations. This versatility allows for creative and functional solutions in retail environments, exhibitions, office spaces, and other commercial or residential settings where sleek, adaptable display systems are desired.

Composition and Materials:
For durability, all rod display fittings are made from a brass alloy, UNS C37710/ASTM B124. Grub screws used for fittings are made of AISI 12L14 Carbon Steel (UNS G12144) and have a plastic tip of Nylon 6-6.
Colors/Finishes:
Matte (Pearl) Nickel/Chrome Plating: chrome is plated over matte nickel to achieve a hard, uniform finish that is semi-lustrous with low reflectivity. It is also referred to as pearl or velour chrome, which does not have the lines or grainy appearance found in traditional satin nickel/chrome finishes. Satin chrome is the only standard/stock finish. Custom finishes are available on request. Lead times will be longer and a minimum quantity may be required.
Product Limitations:
For indoor use only. Rod system performs well in all closed environments as long as it is not exposed to direct weathering such as rain, snow, moisture, etc. For marine or other high humidity environments, please request stainless steel type 316/582 rods that have a higher corrosion resistance. Follow the instructions and weight-bearing limitation indicated on the technical data sheets.
