Easy 30-Day Product Return Policy
At Nova Display Systems, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or have a need to exchange it to a different product, you can return it to Nova Display Systems within 30 days of purchase date. All returned items must be in the original unopened packaging and undamaged. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to all returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your next billing statement. Please note that restocking fee for special order items including non–stock merchandise is 30%. Custom made items are non-refundable.
Please read all conditions below. If any of these conditions are not met, Nova Display Systems reserves the right to refuse the return. If you have any questions, ask your salesperson for details.
No Return or Exchange on following items:
- Components and Hardware once unwrapped and used.
- Special or/and Custom Fabricated Items and Products (large format acrylic frames and panels, signage, aluminum structures, stands, etc).
- Electronic Products once any of the manufacturer’s packaging has been opened.
- Damaged Items in connection with misuse or inability to use our products.
- Special Discounted Items.
Product Receiving and Inspection / Returns and Exchange
Carefully inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt! — If there is any visible damage, note this on the waybill before you sign and notify the carrier. If you have any questions or problems concerning your shipment, or you need to make arrangements for return or product exchange, please let us know right away.
