Same Day Shipment
Same Day Shipping Guaranteed on Stock Items
Place your order with us for shipment via FedEx Priority or FedEx Express shipping methods by 2:00 PM PT Monday through Thursday or 12:00 AM PT Friday and your order will ship on the same day.
For this policy to take effect following criteria must be met:
- Order is being shipped from Nova Display Systems Warehouse (not drop-shipped).
- Order consists of stock merchandise only.
- Order ships via FedEx Air Services only (excludes “Standard Ground” or “Freight” shipments which requires special packaging and additional processing time).
Note: We make every attempt to get “all stock orders” shipped each day, including most of the smaller FedEx Standard Ground shipments. However, we don’t always make it. If we don’t get your order out the day it was placed, it will ship the next business day. We ship daily, Monday through Friday.
Non-Stock and Special Orders
Some items on our web site are not regularly stocked at Nova Display Systems Warehouse. These items will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer or supplier. These items generally take about 7-15 days to arrive to US destinations. If your order includes one of these non-regularly stocked items, we may ask you during order placement or order processing to choose, whether you would like us to ship your full order when all items become available, or if you would like to receive a split shipment (this will not cost you more). If you have any questions, ask your salesperson for details.
